As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international marketing team in executing various marketing activities and campaigns. This temporary position, with the potential for extension, ensures that you will develop as a marketer while contributing to our dynamic and collaborative environment
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in gathering content for different channels (SoMe, website, newsletter, etc.).
- Helping implement the SEO optimization strategy.
- Newsletter content creation and design.
- Handling other administrative marketing tasks
- Translation tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 1 year previous experience as marketing assistance or similar role in a Marketing Department.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Familiar with web backend and publishing (word press is a plus)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (ActiveCampaign, Hubspot,…)
- Experience with Graphic Design tools (indesign, canvas,…)
- Generic understanding of SEO tasks
- Fluent in English, verbal as well as written.
- Fluent in German, written competencies for translations from English into German.
- SoMe experience is a plus - knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn best practices
- A proactive and creative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve and generate new ideas. Work.
