Finance assistant opportunity in Aarhus with Boyum IT Solutions

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Aarhus. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day financial operations while gaining hands-on experience in accounting.

This role is a great opportunity to build practical experience, develop your skills, and become a valued part of a supportive finance team.

Location: Aarhus

Working hours: 28-32 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily accounting tasks, including data entry and bookkeeping

  • Assist with incoming invoices, expense handling, and financial documentation

  • Take part in month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes

  • Work closely with team members and communicate with internal stakeholders

  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • A collaborative team player

  • Fluent in Danish, with good communication skills in English
