Technical Consultant – ERP & Hosting

We are looking for a Technical Consultant who is eager to learn, develop, and grow with us.
About the role
As part of our SAP Business One team, you will work with the setup, support, and ongoing development of our customers’ SAP Business One technical solutions and hosting environments across Denmark and Norway.
You will receive thorough onboarding, hands-on training, and continuous sparring from experienced colleagues, giving you a strong foundation to grow into the role and develop your technical skills.
Your responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
Installing and configuring SAP Business One
Providing support and troubleshooting for our customers
Operating and maintaining hosting environments, including AWS and on-premises setups
Managing user setup and access through solutions such as AWS WorkSpaces
Participating in upgrades and technical projects, with a focus on integrations
Supporting the setup and maintenance of integrations and add-ons
Optimising system performance and stability
Advising customers on setup, technical solutions, and best practices
Collaborating with experienced consultants on larger customer solutions
What we are looking for
You may be newly graduated or have a couple of years of experience, we value experience, but we know you may not have done everything before. What matters most is your motivation, your technical curiosity, and your willingness to learn.
We would like you to have knowledge of, interest in, and some experience with:
Microsoft SQL Server, HANA, and/or Linux
Integrations such as APIs, web services, EDI, or similar
Hosting environments, preferably AWS, Azure, or equivalent
Remote desktop or virtual desktop solutions such as AWS WorkSpaces
Networking, security, and infrastructure
Performance tuning and optimisation
SSL certificates
We imagine that you
Are a newly qualified IT Supporter, Computer Science AP Graduate, or similar
Have 0–2 years of relevant experience
Are interested in ERP systems and business processes
Are curious about cloud, hosting, and infrastructure
Have a basic understanding of Windows, networking, and preferably SQL
Work in a structured and solution-oriented way
Can communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and business partners
Thrive in a role with a variety of tasks and responsibilities
Are proactive and able to seek out knowledge independently
Nice to have
It is an advantage if you have experience or familiarity with:
SAP Business One, including installation, operations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
ERP systems and general business processes
ITIL or similar frameworks
Certifications within SAP, Microsoft, cloud, or infrastructure
